This has been an amazing place for them to grow and become the amazing teens they are now. They have played such a big part in their lives and I am truly grateful. It’s not just a team it’s a family and we are honored to be a part of it.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional and patient. The two words I would describe this gym as. From day one the coaches and athletes here were welcoming and helpful. No one had an attitude everyone was learning and it has been a blast coming when I can. Coach David is very knowledgeable and very patient with you. Everytime is a great time! If your looking for a new gym to train at or wanted to start this is the place.

Experiencia fantástica: Such a great family oriented gym! My 5 year old son and I are both very to new to martial arts and had no experience going into it, and the owner/instructor was extremely welcoming and helpful. The community they've built in the gym is also really encouraging and supportive to newcomers like me. They do a good job of teaching techniques step by step and offering extra help if you have absolutely no idea what's going on ????‍♀️ but at the same time working with more experienced people in the same class. Looking forward to continue here for years.

Experiencia fantástica: Best place to train in Florida. I’ve been training here for almost a year now and can not recommend this place enough. Coaches are friendly and very knowledgeable. The whole atmosphere feels like one big family. They’re are multiple times to train during the day and night which is great for working weird hours. Everybody should come check this gym out and give it a shot!
