Experiencia fantástica: Fun place to work out and love the people! The workouts are different each class so the workouts are never boring! Each workout can be modified if you have for example back problems. You are not forced to do anything that your body cannot do, but the workouts are definitely challenging each time! You will be surprised at what you are able to do once you try it! I never thought I could flip a tractor tire, but I did it!!
