All the instructors are very helpful with prompts for proper technique and motivation. Just over a month and my back and stomach are already getting strong.!

I stubbled upon Barre and have been going for over a year. I saw changes in my body quickly. The instructors are all highly experienced and the studio is lovely. It’s a wonderful workout!

Experiencia fantástica: Tru Barre offers a great work-out surrounded by empowering women. The first class will feel a little like trial by fire--but it's well worth the results! The modifications for all exercises allow you to grow and improve at your own pace, which I love. I've been attending classes for 1 month and already notice a difference in my body and stamina. 10/10. Highly recommend!
