Experiencia fantástica: Love love LOVE this studio and the instructors! I followed Dee from Society One because her classes are so fun and unique. She has the BEST cycling class the Rogue Valley has to offer (weights & routines) and Pound is unlike any other workout I’ve done before! If you want a real tough class, try out Boot Camp or a weight class! I also love Gloria’s Barre, Stretch & Buddhi Yoga classes. I’ve never been to a fitness studio quite as fun as Rusted Gears that hits all my muscle groups and allows me to see REAL RESULTS without feeling like I’m wearing myself out. If you need to spice out your fitness routine I HIGHLY recommend this place! Oh, and it’s super affordable! Keep it up ladies, I’ll keep coming back for sure!

Experiencia fantástica: Rusted Gears is an awesome place for high quality workout classes. They have the best spin class ive ever tried. The classes work for all ages and fitness levels. The instructors are down to earth but also push you to do your best. I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym ever! Psycho cycling is not only a great workout but so fun! Awesome instructors and very reasonably priced. I followed D when society one closed because I loved her teaching style and classes!

Experiencia fantástica: Best spin class, best instructors. Easy-going laud-back atmosphere. You must check out Psycho-cycling. Intense, but approachable at any fitness level. Check out their other classes too. You can easily work at your level whether it’s beginner/casual, intermediate, or Intense.

Experiencia fantástica: This is by far my favorite fitness studio. The instructors keep me motivated and the classes are a ton of fun. The spin/cycling class is seriously amazing. I went from no exercise to spinning 4 days a week! I’m building muscle and feel so much better. I highly recommend.
