The trainers are very personable and the quality of service is impeccable. They offer a variety of different training programs and pricing packages to meet your individual needs. I highly recommend this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Coach Sean is a great Coach and Trainer. He knows how and when to push you beyond your comfort zone. Anu Fitness also has a great atmosphere . I 've had three coaches over the several years but I must say Coach Sean is the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Hidden Gem!! The level of professionalism is top notch! Both Coach Neenee and Coach Shaun go above and beyond. They are encouraging they check on you each round of workouts. What I liked the most is the small classes as in this pandemic I was concerned however this gym made me comfortable there is cleaning supplies everywhere and literally the coaches walk around behind each person and wipe down before the next one gets to the weights or mat. IMPRESSIVE! Don't be fooled come to workout ????but let me say it is the best I have had. I know results are coming
