Experiencia fantástica: Great gym! I love the upbeat atmosphere and setup.
Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I signed up for a membership several days ago. We had our first training session today. I was grateful for the welcoming environment and the owner/trainers attention to each person in the class. They were patient, helpful, and encouraging. It was a very pleasant experience. If you have the means, definitely make the sacrifice to join Smashletics. PS. For those of you who are new to Crossfit (like myself lol) you will start off slow and work your way up. As the owner told me today, "This is not a sprint, it is a marathon".
