Experiencia fantástica: FIVE STARS! As someone who has been intimidated by going to regular open gyms, I’ve found that group classes are best option for me. Since day one at DPTSI Fit, I felt a community of people who truly believe in being stronger and healthier. Dr.Andre and Dr.Anessa have been nothing but supportive throughout our workouts from proper warm ups, making sure we have correct postures for safe movements, and overall quality care for its members. Their credentials in physical therapy makes me feel comfortable in sharing any body pains or movement struggles because they are always ready to offer solutions or alternatives. I recommend DPTSI Fit 100%!
