F.I.T. Lab Fitness McAllen

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this place! Not gonna lie, it was intimidating at first, but after a few days, I started to find my rhythm and feel more comfortable. I joined the 6-week challenge shortly after becoming a member, and even though initially it was a bit frightening, I gave it my all, and honestly, it was the best decision I could’ve made regarding my health! I lost 11 lbs overall, but the biggest reward for me was gaining my confidence back. A huge shoutout and thanks to my coach Jose! He was an amazing guide and motivator throughout the entire process. He was always accessible and easy to talk to. He is very knowledgeable and would break everything down into terms I could easily understand. In short, he’s an awesome coach and I was so fortunate to be under his wing! Thanks also to Lili, who was always checking in with me during the challenge to make sure I was doing well. She was very encouraging from Day 1 and I really appreciated that. Thanks to the entire front desk staff who are the friendliest every single time! Thanks to the coaches, who make each workout fun and sweaty! Thank you, F.I.T. Lab for this incredible experience!

Experiencia fantástica: After committing myself to FIT Lab's Six Week Challenge, I lost nearly 20 lbs and dropped over 7 percentage points in body fat. It was not easy; it was demanding and it hurt, but when I saw that I began to fit into my clothes better, saw that my body was looking better, that feeling of knowing it was paying off, week after week, was inestimable. Jose, the coach I was assigned, was so encouraging and helpful in guiding me toward my goal and I can't thank him enough. What's important for me is knowing that my journey to being a healthier me isn't over but thanks to FIT Lab, I am stronger and in a great position to be in the best shape of my life.

Experiencia fantástica: What a life changing experience F.I.T. Lab is!! It all started with a hesitant visit to the McAllen facility and the rest is history! Thank You F.I.T. Lab for helping on my quest to achieve a higher quality of life that includes enjoyment of being able to do more of what I like to do without the struggle of excess physical and emotional weight. Your program has been rehab for me as a chronic pain sufferer. Your gym has been truly a life changer... A life saver! Shout out to the entire team at FIT Lab! Shout out to all those who struggle and commit to improving themselves within the gym so they can enjoy more of the life that awaits for them outside the gym! Experiencia fantástica: Great gym!! Been a member for a long time and it's been amazing. Great and knowledgeable coaches, great staff, and amazing members to hype you up. Can't think of another place I'd rather go to.

Experiencia fantástica: Was a little hesitant at first but the coaches really try to help you reach your goal! I did the 6 week challenge and won! Gave me such a great time working out. Made me feel welcome and accepted and always had modifications ready if I was not able to do the desired exercise. I would highly recommend coming here and checking it out!
