Experiencia fantástica: The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable and encouraging. No matter what level of fitness you are at the workouts are tailored to your level and your need. There are guys and gals who have been doing high level fitness for years working out next to guys and gals who are just beginning their fitness journey and everyone is working together. No pressure to lift heavy weights or to do things that you can’t do, but great encouragement to push yourself a little more during each workout. The couches are hands on and will always always take time to coach you on technique and form. CrossFit crowned is a great place to begin, continue or augment your fitness journey.

Experiencia fantástica: I travel a lot for business and get to drop in on lots of CrossFit boxes around the country. While I enjoy training with and meeting new people from all over, CrossFit Crowned was awesome. Mitch ran a tight ship and made me feel like I was on the team. Great box, super clean and organized and they made me feel 100% welcome. Great workout too! If I'm back in the Toledo area, I'll go out of my way to go to this box again.
