You do not need to be in shape to join, that’s the goal of joining. My fitness level has soared to levels I never thought possible in just a short time after joining. The coaching is elite and the other members are beyond motivating and supportive of everyone. I can honestly say it is the highlight to my day, everyday, and I can’t wait for the next workout. If you’re hesitant, take my advice and come in for a workout, I guarantee you everyone is always smiling.
