Experiencia fantástica: The instructors give excellent pointers on form and safety. Everyone in the sessions is welcoming and supportive. They have music playing during the sessions but it's not blaring or obnoxious.

Experiencia fantástica: Massapequa CrossFit is a great place for all. Beginners to advance. Workout at ur own pace. Wonderful staff. Classes are kept small to give it a personal feel. Gym is always clean and very professional. Highly recommend!!!

They really take the time to work with you, ensure you are doing the workouts correctly, and help you build not only your strength but confidence as well. Sean and Chris, the owners, are great to work with and great with communication as well. I have seen such a difference in my body composition in such a short amount of time. I highly recommend CFM!

Experiencia fantástica: I started training at CrossFit Massapequa at the beginning of December 2021. The programming is safe, fun, and effective! The owner Sean and his team of coaches work on making you feel a part of the community from the start through helping you master the form on major lifts and getting to know you personally. The members are inclusive and friendly, class sizes do not exceed 12 so you really get to develop relationships with everyone. I’d highly recommend CrossFit Massapequa to anyone looking to make progress with their fitness goals.
