Experiencia fantástica: Started CrossFit with my wife 7 months ago after she had her first baby. She made me do it with her and let me first say it was one of the best decisions we ever made. I love the gym, coaches, and other members at CFBA. Atmosphere rocks!!! Very welcoming! Can’t say enough about the place. Just Gotta check it out!

Experiencia fantástica: I started CrossFit at age 57. Now, at 63, I'm in the best shape of my life and I feel great! The facility, the coaches, training and equipment are all tremendous. The vibe at the gym is fun and lively, but when the clock counts down 3-2-1...it's time to go. And we're all in it together. Supporting and encouraging each other to do YOUR best...every day. Get off the couch and make your life count!
