Experiencia fantástica: Body Alive Mason is such a great studio. They have a hot room and an unheated room. They have showers as well. If you haven't checked it out yet, I'd highly recommend doing so!

Experiencia fantástica: I took a pop up yoga class at the 21c Hotel with Body Alive. Sember was an amazing instructor with a bomb playlist. (I maybe was dancing at times I should have been still!) I usually do not like yoga, it's too still and slow for my brain to handle it, but I found myself committing to leaning into the class this time. It was so nice to see the instruction geared towards beginners like me, and very experienced yogis. Cannot wait to get into a class in the studio!

Experiencia fantástica: Body Alive is the best hot yoga studio I’ve been to. The instructors are high energy, caring, and uplifting people and you genuinely feel their passion. Even when the days are hard to get up and going, once you walk in the studio you feel uplifted and ready to go. Classes are challenging but you are always encouraged to go as slow as you need, to take whatever out from the flow you don’t want to do, or to rest. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I love love love Body Alive!! The studio is always clean and the instructors are phenomenal. They cheer you on to help you reach your goals and celebrate your wins. I’ve been coming here for just over a year now and recently celebrated my 100th class. There are classes for every schedule and recently more evening classes have become available. I cannot recommend this studio enough ????????
