Route 33 CrossFit^®

Experiencia fantástica: Several months ago I was in physical therapy for a severe back injury, I had spent months really restricted in my movement, unable to do even the most basic of things. As my therapy was coming to an end my physical therapist recommended I try to do something to slowly build my back muscles to protect my spine. I joined Route 33. They worked with me, took into account my restrictions, and were very patient with my slow progress. Now they've done their job so well I'm able to live a normal life. I have almost zero back pain most days! I so appreciate this place and would recommend it to anybody, even if they are in a recovery situation like I was, thanks Route 33.

Experiencia fantástica: We had our son enrolled in their crossfit for kids classes on Mondays and Thursdays. Our son LOVED going to them. We had to stop going due to our family growing, otherwise we would still be attending. Miss Jenn is AWESOME with the kiddos and its a good place for them to burn some energy.

There is always a coach/trainer there for you no matter what your fitness level or age! Trustworthy and knowledgeable coaches from kids-adults and an unbelievable teen program! Can not imagine myself or my family working out anywhere else!
