The prices are very affordable, especially compared to other local classes. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to change their life for the better.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for a gym with a focus on you and your needs and your goals, while also having a non judgmental environment, this is absolutely the gym for you. Coach Don is an incredibly laid back, fun, and friendly guy who is so willing to teach anyone who wants to learn regardless of their skill level. From a complete beginner to seasoned athlete, there is always something to be gained from this gym. Always an upbeat, and involved class. And a multitude of classes to choose from! Our whole family loves this gym.
