Experiencia fantástica: Great place if you just want to get a work out in, Not a social hour. Old school vibe no generic franchise vibes. First gym in a long time that feel at home in and look forward to. Became a home away from home.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is great if you don't want cookie cutter social hour been going for a out 2 or 3 month and began personal training to help with lower back issues working on stabilizer muscle groups and all around fitness. Enjoy this gym it's a gym where you can get work done. You can become a ghost and focus without having to worry about people using it for social hour and the equipment as a leaning prop.
