Experiencia fantástica: I use the 1st floor fitness center. Jim, the "coach" is knowledgeable, experienced, helpful and friendly. The equipment is high grade and well organized. This is not a large, impersonal facility.

Experiencia positiva: Great little studio. The yoga classes with Corinne are the best. I would probably use the equipment there if it was a bit more spacious (I prefer to run outside or climb,) but I have several friends who love the personal trainer service. The other general workout classes are very fun too - I love Hip Hop, TRX, and Body Sculpt there. A fun, safe place to get your move on.
