Experiencia positiva: I visited the US 75 location in Sherman for five days while searching for a gym in Sherman. The gym workout area itself is great. And it is mostly very clean, except for the drinking fountains that get overlooked most of the time! But the locker room is rather disgusting. The man "cleans" the showers using a garden hose. Never did I see a brush used. There's mold growing in the cracks, and there's no reason for this considering the safe chemicals available on the market. The lockers are filled with partially abandoned towels, underwear, grooming items, socks and even shoes. The worst problem is that patrons put their wet towels in the lockers, then don't remove them, so the locker areas smell SOUR. It's disgusting. The insides of the empty lockers are DIRTY. I wonder if they ever get wiped out? The showers flood the dressing room floor, creating a tripping hazard and a disgusting wet mess. A simple (single) trench drain located along the front of all the showers tied in to an existing floor drain would solve the problem. The entire locker room needs to be thoroughly cleaned. I thought of contacting the health department, but decided to join a different gym altogether. I have been regularly using a public gym over 15 years. I've seen everything. But without a doubt, this is the worst men's locker room I've ever seen. The odor sometimes repelled me. And it's a shame, because business is GOOD at the gym. What are the owners doing, milking the business?

Experiencia fantástica: Worked out here while in town for about 5 weeks. Extremely good gym for people looking to bulk up; they have virtually every weight machine you could possibly want, several benches for barbell exercises, an extremely large set of dumbbells. This is not something you find at most gyms, as most gyms cater to people doing cardio and toning exercises to lose weight, so most tend to be light on the weight machines and free weights. This gym has lots of extra perks such as a pool, hot tub, children’s play area, massage chairs, basketball court, et al. None of that is my thing, but I think most of you are looking for those things, so there ya go. Oh, and the price seems very reasonable as well. Far cheaper than my gym back home anyway.

Experiencia fantástica: Trainer Leo Sustaita is definitely a stand out. Always there on time and versatile with all goals that want to be reached and he doesn’t disappoint. Best trainer I’ve gotten by far !
