Experiencia fantástica: Getting a personal trainer and eventually working into group ex classes was the best decision I could have made. The trainers/instructors at Motions aren't just calling it in - they're motivating and ready to help you become fitter and stronger. I didn't know a single person when I started in February but even so clients and trainers alike were welcoming, always with a "good morning", a "good job", a "you're looking great" or just a simple gesture of acknowledgment that we were in it together and supporting one another. I have never been a fan of exercise and I hate getting up the morning, but here I am 4 months later looking forward to 6am classes because I can see the results I'm getting with the Motions staff guidance. There is a good variety of group ex classes and you're bound to enjoy one of them if not more. Plus, there's a fantastic circuit of machines you can do for a full body workout in 30 minutes if you just need to get in and out. Take the positivity, add in the nutrition counseling and support they offer and you really are taken care of from every angle - mind and body. Your trainer and the answer to any question you might have is just a call, email or text away...you're never in it alone at Motions.
