Experiencia fantástica: This gym is amazing! The cross fit way of working out has always been scary to me. My goals were to lose weight and my limited knowledge of cross fit training did not meet eye to eye for me and how to see my goals coming true . But with the goal he has to train you at were you are at in you fitness journey .It becomes the best experience to work out in. I highly recommend Headstrong!

Experiencia fantástica: Mitch truly has a gift! He helped me learn the basic fundamentals of fitness and strength training. He helped me build a mindset that focused on progress and consistency vs quick fix and perfection. He is aware of different body builds and types and how to correct each movement accordingly. He helped me accommodate and scale the movements for the skill level I was at, but also helped push me to keep growing and changing. I now have stayed consistent with fitness for over a year and my mental and physical health are so much better than it was when I began because of the skills Mitch and his gym have instilled in me. Recommend to any age, size, and skill set.
