Experiencia fantástica: This is what CrossFit is all about. On our way to Asheville North Carolina my wife and I swung into CrossFit Wytheville Virginia during their Open Gym hours to complete 19.1. We expected to time and score each other but this was not the case. The crew welcomed us with open arms, scored us legit, no reps and all, and cheered us on relentlessly. CrossFit Wytheville is owned by Kevin & Molly Dalton and is located in the country on their beautiful property 20 minutes outside of town. Their passion and that of its damn near 50 members was without a doubt evident in our visit. CrossFit is more then moving weight around, its a culture, it's a family and we certainly felt that way today. Thanks Kevin & Molly and the entire Wytheville crew for an amazing 19.1 experience.
