Experiencia fantástica: I worked out here last year while I was attending military training in Monterey. I had a great time working out in this gym and it is hard to find anything like it since I've left Salinas. Everyone was welcoming and friendly as well.

Experiencia positiva: Awesome place to workout. Although the full membership is expensive, the owner is very friendly and experienced and will push you to your limits during the hardcore workouts. He will also help set you up with a diet and workout plan and the gym is open 24hrs.
