Experiencia fantástica: As a Spartan Age Group racer, First City CrossFit has instilled the tenacity and stamina to chase down the competition. Their coaches motivate for recent podium award results: 2nd Big Bear Beast (14 miles/35 obstacles) and 3rd at Nationals Park (3.5miles/22 obstacles).

Experiencia fantástica: Frank has created a really cool community at FCC. The coaches are warm and welcoming, and the vibe of the gym is definitely about being supportive of each person no matter their initial fitness level, and continually pushing them from there. I've made a lot of progress thanks to the encouraging environment, so hats off to Frank and the team for fostering that. The membership price is reasonable and the student discount generous, making it more affordable for a full-time student like me. Anyway, sign up, join the family. FCC is easily one of the best parts of my day.

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t know a lot of things but I know for sure that if you’re new to the area or CrossFit, you should start here. Frank and his team of coaches have cultivated the best environment for learning, growing, and team building- so thankful for long time friends that I’ve made here. Parking and gym space is abundant, so open gym while class is going is never a problem. You’ll almost always have access to the equipment/gear you need. Frank is always accessible, coaches are attentive. They are interested in your current skill level and your goals- Love this place.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I did a drop-in class at First City during a recent trip to Monterey. The coach, Matt, was AWESOME! The class was on time, really fun, and all members were welcoming and encouraging. The facility was great. Highly recommend!
