Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was so friendly, helpful and encouraging. I have only been to one class but I look forward to going back. You're paying for a workout and you definitely get it! It was a true test of stamina but I felt great (and a bit sore) when it was over.

Experiencia fantástica: I have never been a great group fitness person, but this place and this team honestly make it feel like you are getting personally trained. They care so much about your success and are so encouraging. I began with the 6 week challenge, and actually lost the weight I've been trying to lose for as long as I can remember. I still have a long way to go, but I know I will get there with their help. I cannot say enough great things. I know it can be scary go go somewhere new, but you will feel right at home and won't regret it for a second!

Experiencia fantástica: By far my favorite place to get my exercise on! I have been coming to this row house since January and I have fallen in love. So much, in fact, that I have had several friends join as well. Dan and Kim have created the most positive and relaxing atmosphere. This is the hour I look forward to most each week. The work outs are hard but I have never felt better when I leave. I can not wait until they add more classes and I can up my attendance to twice a week. Thank you guys for pushing me to be a better me!!
