Ari has a vast knowledge of the Sanskrit origins of yoga. She will safely prepare your body to gradually build on the opening of poses rather than throwing you into something your muscles may not be ready for. Ari not only writes her own intentions for each class, she also subtly infuses them into various parts of the class to reconnect you with them and remind you that yoga is a body mind and soul journey. For me, between the flow, the music, and the heat, these classes are a little bit of magic.

Experiencia fantástica: The Zen Den has been my yoga home now for almost 10 years. Having studied at many other studios and schools, the Zen Den has been, by far, where I’ve had the most growth, both physically and mentally. Also offered are options between yoga style and yoga fitness, which makes for a more balanced well being. She’s progressive, always changing up sequences and always guides newer students with her strong knowledge and ability the opportunity to modify each pose with cues. My experience here has been nothing short of tremendous! I highly recommend!
