I turned 60 this past year and feel like I'm in the best condition I've been in since my school days in athletics. Calvin Richard has created a culture that challenges me to be the best I can be and is truly a family atmosphere that encourages and supports you in so many ways. This is the place you can come set your goals and achieve them!

Experiencia fantástica: Before moving away from the area, I worked with Coach Calvin for 7+ years. He truly is the best in this industry for holistic health. His programs emphasize the importance of proper form and training, the right nutrition plan, and an amazing community of encouragement and accountability. He’s not one to let you get away with excuses that are holding you back from becoming your best self which is really someone that we all need in life. I can’t recommend Coach Calvin and his programs enough. You get what you pay for and WAY more!

The coaches are supportive and encouraging, the friends you will meet will keep you laughing, and I love the fact that we start each workout with a prayer. Experiencia fantástica: As a client at Verus, I received the up most training in strength and conditioning. Each coach is knowledgeable on the skills needed to lead each group, and is sure to give one on one attention where needed throughout each session. They aren’t afraid to challenge their members, but are very knowledgeable in modifications when needed as well for those who might have physical challenges. As an added bonus, with its unique set up with team personal training, the comeadery that is created creates accountability and friendships that last a lifetime. To top it off, there is an added spiritual benefit to attending Verus. With each session starting and ending with prayer, and coaches sharing a Holy Spirit lead message, God has used Verus as a platform to not only help His people take care of their temples physically, but also mentally and spiritually as well. You won’t find another fitness facility like Verus.
