Jasmine is very good at what she does and the facility is kept clean and nice. This is a perfect little gym with everything you could need to workout!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend The Fitness Foundry for your personal fitness needs and goals. The gym is very clean and has a variety of workout equipment for your cardio, core and weight lifting workouts. If your looking for someone to push you beyond you comfort zone…Jasmine, is the girl for you…she is an amazing personal trainer with very friendly and fun personality to work with. I signed up to do private personal training sessions with her so I could learn new workout exercises and to make sure I was doing them correctly since I’m not a person that has really frequented a gym. I wanted to make sure I was doing the exercises correctly so I wouldn’t injure myself. It’s nice to have a facility in our community that is open 24/7 to accommodate people with all the different work schedules the citizens of our community may have. If you haven’t check this establishment out you definitely need to. They offer a variety of different memberships plus a daily fee if your visiting Galena.
