Experiencia fantástica: Great and relaxing atmosphere. Very accepting and informative. Looking forward to many more classes here. The instructor is very professional and a skilled teacher.

Experiencia positiva: A small place in the small Historic Manistee town that can be found on the Riverwalk within an older building. Given that it is in an older building and the classes are held underground, it is expected to be colder than usual. That being said, the owner has done a nice job of making the quaint place feel at home with names of the actual rooms after different yoga branches. The instructor, Diane, also took it slow for beginners, and realized the different levels in the room
