Experiencia positiva: New to the place it’s okay. Was expecting an actual three lane indoor track it’s definitely not that. The pool is great. Some of the staff are sketchy looking and rude. There has been a Bobby pin in the last shower stall for two weeks (I shower everyday across from it) it’s still there so that makes me question how well they are cleaning. Personal trainer didn’t even show up when there was an appointment made which put a bad taste in our mouth. But other than that the place is okay. Early am is the time to go.

Experiencia fantástica: Kara (the club manager) is hands down the most amazing employee that Genesis has. She is a rockstar at customer service, and always helps me and my family. Thank you Kara for being such an amazing person!!

Experiencia fantástica: Have been working out with Genesis for a few years now. I recently started training with Caitlin. Caitlin is fantastic. I have seen many improvements since I started working with her. She motivates me and is a lot of fun as well. I definitely recommend her to anyone needing an excellent trainer.

Experiencia positiva: The thing I was looking forward to the most at the new facility was the three-lane running track. It simply does not exist. There are two lanes outlined on a floor around a busy basketball court and workout area. It would not be safe to run. If I walk the “track” to cool off I have to dodge basketballs and players. This evening there were literally five basketballs in play at once. Meanwhile, there is a massive area of the building that has tennis courts that are not in use. They should have put the basketball court down there or put the track down there. I have run an indoor track elsewhere that had a net barrier separating runners from tennis courts for safety.

Experiencia fantástica: We are very happy with our swimming instructor Barb at Genesis in Manhattan,KS. She's been awesome teaching my son different strokes and how to do them most efficiently. My son is also learning other skills such as how to turn to change direction under water. She's been very encouraging and motivating, we couldn't have been happier with her lessons!
