Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member here since 2008. The coaching is both excellent and supportive, and my fellow crossfitters make working out a pleasure, as they encourage and motivate each other to succeed. This is a testament to Samy and the rest of coaches who have created such a wonderful atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: Came to this gym three years ago with no experience and had no idea what CrossFit was. I can say today that this has been one of the greatest experiences of my life. It has changed me for the good. The coaches are amazing! The community is awesome. I would highly recommend this for anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Best decision I ever made! CrossFit New Hampshire! I’m a newbie and was very hesitant signing up. I’ve done the gym thing. Never committed to it. Just wasn’t for me. The coaches are phenomenal here! They take the time to show you the basics. For the first few weeks you’re one on one. Learning how to do things correctly. Here it’s such a welcoming community of people. Not judging but cheering you on. If you want to get stronger and healthier not have to worry about being judged. This is the place ! I actually look forward to CrossFit.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing. Whether you're new at crossfit or experienced this has it all. The coaches work with you and give you advice on proper techniques. The beat part is that is very welcoming. Everyone has fun and encourages each other. If I loved in the area I'd be going here a lot more.
