Experiencia fantástica: Great place to take the kids to let them burn a lot of energy. My boys loved it. Plenty of room and obstacles for them to do. Best part, only $5 and the staff will show you how to do various things while there.

Experiencia positiva: * edited from earlier* Showed up for a friend of my son's birthday and the owners are no where to be seen. Doors locked, lights out. No one in sight. It's now 15 minutes past the birthday party start time and here we sit in our cars in the pouring rain and cold, with kids chomping at the bit for a fun party, and the owners or operators aren't responsible enough to be here early and ready. I mean. Really!? And the parents even paid extra for 30 extra minutes. I'll change my rating if they somehow miraculously make it right and hopefully at least refund the kids parents money. Ridiculous. *Edit from earlier* Not sure of the explanation of unprofessional lateness of the owners/operators, but seems the family did get some amount of refund. As far as I could tell, there was no prior contact made to the kids parents as to the reason for their lateness. They finally arrived about 10:50am or so (20+ minutes after the party was supposed to start.) But still not very impressed. However the kids are having a good time. Good exercise. Nerf war was fun. I'm sure perfectly good explanation for not being there, just not a good first impression of a place.
