Experiencia fantástica: Been going here for 4 years. The trainers are great. They take time to understand my goals and help me work towards them. Workouts are challenging and fulfilling. I am always impressed with what they can push me to do. Classes are small so there is accountability and someone making sure your doing your best each day no matter how that changes from day to day. They offer virtual and in studio classes and personal training. I love mixing classes and personal sessions because it allows individual goals to be met while also providing a team work camaraderie. Classes and training times are all day so I have lots of options based on my schedule.
