Experiencia fantástica: Kerry is a wonderful teacher that clearly explains everything I and the other students need to know to complete the yoga positions based on our physical needs. As someone that is very limited in what I can do physically, this means so much to me. Kerry walks around the studio during class gently instructing each person in ways to better improve the position without calling out or embarrassing that person. The smaller class sizes means that she is able to give one-on-one attention that you won't find in the large studios/gyms.

Experiencia fantástica: Kerry is a masterful teacher. I came to the studio with very little prior yoga experience. Kerry keeps classes small so she can attend to each of her students one-on-one while leading the whole class. I've been to other yoga classes where the teacher, while very competent, basically led the class by modeling the movements from the front of the room. Kerry goes way beyond that. She deconstructs and explains each pose to make it totally attainable, and she'll help you make small adjustments that make a big difference in how comfortable you feel in the pose. I've seen really advanced students in her classes as well, so there is definitely something for everyone at this studio.
