Experiencia fantástica: Staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is positive and uplifting. Safe place to workout with cameras and security codes. I like that it’s 24/7 with staffed hours as well. Scheduling online is quick and easy.

Experiencia fantástica: I hate working out in gyms, everyone looking at you. At HOTWORX there’s no more than 3 people in the room with you. The sauna makes you calorie burn faster AND it’s great for your joints. I’ve had two knee surgeries and would ache after working out. By exercising in the sauna, I have no joint pain and more range of motion. It’s great! I’m totally addicted now.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! This is my 1st full week there and I'm loving it. Was skeptical about the hot workouts but it's actually not that bad...I already see a slight change in my body...I did 5 sessions this week.

Experiencia fantástica: I love that I can schedule, go and workout 24 hours a day. It’s in a safe area and you must have a code to get in. The heated workouts allow me to detox while exercising. Never overcrowding.
