Super Fit

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym, so much equipment. They have 9 or 10 places where you can set a barbell in racks and do whatever. All those stations are also Smith machines with the track. They have at least 4 cable machines, not counting all the specialty machines that use cables like assisted dip/preacher curl/hams and quads stations, etc. They have an inversion table which is awesome for my lower back. They even have chalk buckets and sometimes people do lift heavy, while somehow maintaining an atmosphere of acceptance and positivity that Planet Fitness wishes it had.

Experiencia fantástica: TL;DR: Super Fit has everything you need and is extremely affordable. Go to this gym. If you’re looking for a gym around the Lynnwood area, stop your search right here. I’ll start with the owners. If I could get a refund from all the over-priced big chain gyms I’ve been to and then give that all to Jeff and Linda instead, I’d do it in a heartbeat. I guarantee you there is not another gym owner in the state of Washington that works harder than these two to keep their gym clean, organized, stocked, and the equipment up and running. And if you need to be trained then they’ll do that too. This place is a playground for gym rats, complete with bathrooms and showers. It’s open 24 hrs and you’ll find exercise equipment here that you won't find at other gyms (and Jeff is constantly adding more). The atmosphere is great, it’s not crowded, and the people who work out here are humble and positive. If you come during normal business hours, you’ll likely be greeted by one or more Pomeranians who would appreciate a few pets, but it’s not required. The ONLY thing this place is missing is a good deadlift platform and more Pomeranians (get on that, Jeff). But don’t worry, you can still do deadlifts here. I’ll end by saying this: If Super Fit were a girl, I’d take her home to meet the parents. If Super Fit were a steak, it’d be a medium-rare filet mignon. If Super Fit were a dog, I guess it’d probably be a Pomeranian. If Super Fit were a Happy Days character, it’d be The Fonz. Seriously, just go here.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member for about a month now. Always has equipment available when I need it. Clean atmosphere. Friendly husband and wife team (owners) who are very knowledgeable and eager to assist in finding the correct workout for your fitness goals. The staff is also available during the day to offer pointers or answer questions about proper form or give recommendations on routines. Open 24 hours. Reasonably priced. Training and classes offered.
