Experiencia fantástica: I have a garage gym at home for powerlifting/strength training 3 days a week and this was an excellent place to strength train, weight lift, get in your cardio. They have a very friendly staff, are clean and have plenty of equipment. Barbells/dumb bells, squat racks, and machines. First time using this gym, trained here for a month while on vacation. Will use it again on the next vacation, I usually use Golds in Miramar, but I was less than a mile from Grayton Beach Fitness, A+!

Experiencia fantástica: A huge fan of this gym! I typically make it to Florida every two years and always come in for a workout throughout the week. They have everything you’d want to get a good workout in. If you can think it, you can do it here. The owner is an incredibly nice guy and generally will be seen walking around with a smile on his face and is always willing to help you out by answering any questions, or just having a great conversation.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym. Paul and his whole family is involved in running it daily and they're all great people. It's a local favorite for us.
