Experiencia fantástica: New London Athletics is a top notch gym. Brady (B Sho) is my wifes cousin has offered to train me in the past, but I never took him up on the offer. Well, I finally did and it has been great. Within the first few minutes of being there I was able to tell that this was someone with passion for what they were doing. I was also impressed with his ability to connect with everyone who was working out. I have not had any experiences with the other trainers but they all have been friendly and I look forward to trying one of their bootcamps in the future. If you considering trying out New London Athletics or have never tried personal training, I encourage you to try them.
