Stephanie taught the classes extremely well and was never bothered if you asked her to show or explain a trick, grip, or spin more than once (just as long as you don't make her dizzy!) I am more confident in my body, because the class has taught me that I can TRUST my body. I've learned my body - I - can do things I didn't think I could before! Absolutely becoming a regular now!
