Experiencia fantástica: What makes this studio so special is that its not a studio focused on "weight loss", sure if thats what you are looking for you will it, BUT this studio is focused on building strong bodies and healthy souls. I have grown to love my body through seeing how it truly can be in classes like Barre & Rev&Flow. I loved Barre so much I got a certification in it! The drop in rate is incredibly affordable and all the women are so welcoming and inclusive. I have built some great friendships here too! Do not miss out!

Experiencia fantástica: I attended the early morning boot camp style class with Jaime. She was positive, upbeat, and encouraging. She gave alterations to make exercises less intense for those that were new to training. She is an excellent instructor, just needs heavier weights????
