Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in the area in my opinion! My wife and I love going in the mornings! Best part of are morning!

Experiencia positiva: Great facility with new equipment. Only a couple benches and squat racks, but plenty of machines and dumbbells. Has a sauna, red room, and several massage chairs. It's only staffed certain hours of the week, but members have badge access 24/7.

Experiencia fantástica: LOVE this gym! I’m a newbie in the gym, but this place makes me feel comfortable and safe. It is clean, updated, and the staff are very nice and helpful! I also do personal training sessions with Amy and she is amazing! 10/10 recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I came and toured the gym and signed up immediately after! There is a wide variety of equipment for cardio and strength training. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's a great environment to workout in. Very accommodating to everyone no matter where they are in their fitness journey.

Experiencia positiva: This gym is new to the area. It is not my home gym. I signed up in another city because I didn’t want to neglect working out when I travel. I also wanted to get away from the crowds at Planet Fitness, in addition to the fact that Workout Anytime has heavier free weights. The gym is smaller than PF and Kinetix. Personally and respectfully, this gym isn’t as beginner-friendly as PF. If you’re looking to just stay on the treadmills and ellipticals, it’s best you stay at PF because it’s bigger and the membership is cheaper. But once again, that’s just my personal opinion. As for the gym being brand new, I suggest you all wait until the hype is over. You know how Lynchburg is when anything new opens up. Everyone and their mom flocks to it. Other than the crowd on a Sunday, the gym was clean and the staff was friendly. There was also somebody’s kid playing on a treadmill looking like he was about to fall off (he had to have been about 10). I’m wondering if this gym allows kids under 18 to work out even with parental supervision. If so, they shouldn’t.
