Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in Lufkin, hands down. Super clean, lots of great equipment and free weight options, and they even have body scanning! The staff is great too!! 10 out of 10!!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff were friendly and helpful. They patiently walked me through the paces and did not make me feel self-conscious about my red face. Lol The atmosphere is inviting and the equipment options are varied like the clients that come in.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym. It's on the smaller side, but has enough equipment to meet all my needs. It's usually not too full even in peak times, so I almost never have to worry about the equipment I need being in use. The facilities are kept very clean, including the bathrooms, and it's always a comfortable temperature for working out. The staff is awesome and they're all really friendly and approachable.
