Gains & Glory Gym

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym for several reasons. Although I know a big part of it's fanbase are those that powerlift, the gym is also great for families and guys like me who are trying to just rehabilitate from injury and build functional strength. I love that the gym does not feel like a freezer with AC blasting so much that it's hard to work up a sweat (think Planet Fitness and other big box gyms). I particulary enjoy the privacy of the small mobility and core strenght room that I spend a lot of my time in. And I LOVE that this gym has punching bags. Levi, the owner, seems like a standup guy and a hardworker. I routinely see him mopping the floors to keep the gym clean and smelling great. The people that attend here are pretty friendly and the vibe is good. I have attended this gym during two separate times since I've been in Lufkin totalling well over a year. I will keep going here.
