Experiencia fantástica: Absolute best gym I have ever been to. The atmosphere and the people are unmatched. Everyone is so supportive and it truly feels like we are a family. I always doubted myself and being here I have come to be able to do things I never thought I was capable of I feel stronger and better every day. It is so easy to hold yourself accountable for showing up when you have a place like this to call home. Can’t wait to grow bigger and better with each day to come! ????????

Experiencia fantástica: The two things I appreciate the most about CrossFit Paladin are the coaches and the atmosphere. The coaches are quick to jump in and explain each movement, correct your form to make sure you are working out safely, and offer encouragement throughout the workouts. The atmosphere is awesome. The other members make you feel like family from day one and make it a blast to come workout each day. Highly encourage anyone interested in trying CrossFit to come here.

Experiencia fantástica: I love it here. I used to be intimidated by CrossFit but everyone at paladin is awesome. The coaches are encouraging and motivating. They always push you to do your best at the same time always care for your health and safety. The other athletes are empowering and make me excited about coming because everyone is at different levels and it shows that anyone and everyone can do this. This gym has definitely given me more confidence in myself.

Experiencia fantástica: Unquestionably the best run Crossfit gym in Lubbock. The staff goes out of their way to show that they're there to help you reach your fitness goals. great people, great culture!! I love this place. Update - There was a period of time that i took a hiatus from the gym. Melissa, was kind enough to check on my wellbeing and to see if i was still working out. she didn't even try to get me to come back, she just wanted to make sure i was still working out and even provided me with a several workouts i could do from home. I'm back at the gym again and couldn't be happier. I will not go anywhere else but this gym .

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym!!! The people are kind and very friendly! The coaches make sure the instructions are clear and easy to understand! Working out is more enjoyable when you have fun and love the people you workout with!!! I’m always motivated to come workout! I get better results here than any other gym! Years later and this place is still the best!!
