Experiencia fantástica: I’m just finishing two months of physical therapy for a broken wrist. Most of my PT was done by the same person and a few by two others. All were friendly, professional and competent. I’m now also using the pool and hot tub. The entire facility is clean, fairly well appointed and organized. I’ve never once experienced this rude indifference that some people have mentioned. While it is an opportunity to socialize with others, it’s not a social club. It’s a wellness facility and it does that very well.

Experiencia fantástica: I really like this place but it is not be right for the Gold's Gym crowd. It is never very crowded but it is full of people recovering from surgeries and seniors. Silver Sneakers qualifed. Clean, well run and owned by Physical Therapy Today.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been very pleased with the Wellness Today group. They are very courteous, friendly and caring for all of my needs and concerns. All of them are knowledgeable with backgrounds, experience and education in Physical Therapy. I am gaining strength in my body with the program that was developed for me. The facility is always very clean, the equipment is first class, the times of operation are very flexible to my schedule, and it is a great place to meet and visit with other people.

At WT, from when you first walk in the door you feel welcomed. Trainer, Sheila Cagle, changed my life!! I was able to lost 53 lbs and do classes and exercises I thought I could never do!! Now I love going to the gym and have meet so many friends through WT !

Experiencia fantástica: A great gym with a rehab focus. Very knowledgeable trainers, good rehab equipment in addition to the standard gym stuff. Has a physical therapy office inside the gym, and a physical therapy transition program. The underwater treadmills are a good and gentle way to rehab an injury. They also have a hot tub.
