Experiencia fantástica: My background is in several sports, military service, strength training, and powerlifting. After the service, I knew that I needed help with accountability and reintroduction to proper form and function of movements. I had tried several gyms and boxes, and home workout programs. It wasn't until I found CrossFit Throne that I found a place where the staff and other members took a genuine interest in me and my overall well-being. I am a combat veteran. Some days, it's an accomplishment to get out of bed and walk out into the world. The community at Throne has regularly checked up on me when they haven't seen my face in a while. The phone calls, texts, and social media messages have sometimes been what gets me back into the box and out of my funk. I can't say enough good things about the people, the staff, the programming, and the heart that make Throne what it is. Experiencia fantástica: Before I joined Crossfit Throne, I was very unhappy with myself. Depressed, feeling of not being good enough, gaining weight, just not happy at all. Good friend had me join her and I met the owner Jon. And, I haven't looked back! Jon and all the coaches are wonderful! They encourage you, train you, and cheer for you when you don't think you can do anymore! This is the best place to go if you need to be lifted out of your funk. CrossFit Throne is there only place I found that includes everyone, including visitors, from day one. Coaching is super personalized and all the coaches are on board with Throne's mission and vision. That is rare. Highly recommend CrossFit Throne.

John is incredibly smart (once you hear his certifications you’ll he shocked)! They do things the right way. With a great culture and atmosphere it’s hard not to want to go everyday!! If you’ve never tried CrossFit before there isn’t a better gym in the country to get started at.

I know there is other great boxes here, but as an athlete wanting to really excel in crossfit my expectations have been truly blown away. I used to hate on crossfit and now I’m hooked, in the best shape of my life(with an extensive lifting/athletic background), and my body feels great. What is great about this affiliate is that it truly doesn’t matter where you are starting from, age, nothing. Just come and get started. The owner and coaches are here for you to improve your standard of health and living!
