Experiencia fantástica: As a former owner of CrossFit affiliate I can’t say enough great things about LBKFIT. Love this place and the people! It reminds my wife and I so much of how our affiliate was when we started it. Very simple and strong community. All people of various fitness levels are welcome. Some people like to compete, some just want to get some work in and some are just starting their fitness journey. Regardless of where you are on that continuum you are always welcome at LBKFIT. Zack and all of the coaches are friendly and helpful. There’s also a 24 hour access option for people to come and go as their schedule permits. Great owner! Great coaches! Great community!

They’re great about helping to scale workouts that still challenge you but meet you at your fitness level. LBK Fit as a whole has a supportive and encouraging environment and is definitely my favorite CrossFit gym I’ve experienced.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been looking for a gym to call home for years before I discovered LBKFit. Specifically, I had been getting bored of the redundancy I experienced in other locations. Everyone's fitness journey is different, and LBKFit accomodates for that. The word "CrossFit" scares people, but it shouldn't - all the workouts are challenging, but adaptable. It's very much about pushing yourself within your own limits. What I love most about LBKFit is that it is, above all, a community of people who all want to better themselves no matter what might be going on outside of the gym. I'm coming up on my 3-year mark at LBKFit and I am so grateful for this place!

The classes are made for beginners to experts and everything in between. First class is free and different level of memberships to fit peoples budgets and availability.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s more than a gym, they work really hard to create a community feel. The coaches are great about encouraging everyone to start wherever they are and work their way up. It’s a thoughtful mix of challenging existing members, while also welcoming newcomers. The workouts are never boring & definitely keep me on my toes. Everyone is friendly & community minded, it’s like having instant gym buddies.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m pretty new to regular exercise, so I’ve only been going to the gym for a few weeks. This environment is great for newcomers who are not in very good shape. All of the coaches are positive and encouraging. Everyone there is at a different level and you exercise at your level of capability. Exercises can be modified or altered to fit your capability and still meet your needs. There’s no pressure to compete with others who are way ahead of you. And I don’t feel intimidated or judged when I’m working out. I focus on what I need to do and the coaches help me to do it. Most of the classes are small, so you get focused attention from the coaches. You also get to know some of the other people who come on a regular basis, so it makes for a more comfortable work out environment.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in two days in a row. Brady killed it coaching both days. Programming was hard but doable. The athletes were friendly and made me fill like I had been training with them for years. Do yourself a favor if you’re ever in Lubbock looking for a safe, clean well coached gym to drop in go to Nuclear.
