Experiencia fantástica: Just finished Dave's initial 28- day transformation program with 3 fitness sessions per week and accompanying diet plan. Better results than I had anticipated! Had hoped to drop 8 lbs but actually lost 13, down to 209 and 1.5" down on the waist. I had my own routine using resistance machines, but the kettlebell approach I think is a more thorough workout. And it's more fun to do a fitness session with others also attending. The diet plan actually included quite a few very tasty meals, complete with shopping lists and recipe plan. Treated myself at the end to a massage by Cheryl which she does at the IBF facility. She does a great job and had some good suggestions as well. Very satisfied overall and have decided to continue on.
