Experiencia fantástica: I love this box! The high point of my trip to see family in Louisville is getting to go to Fern Creek CrossFit. Erick and the other coaches are awesome and welcome me as if I was there every day.

Experiencia fantástica: Best CrossFit box in town IMO. All the coaches and staff make you feel included and the culture in the gym is awesome everyone is super kind and always willing to help.

Experiencia fantástica: Fern Creek CF has an awesome community and welcoming staff. Workouts are scaled for all abilities. Lots of equipment (GHD's, Air Runners, Bike and Ski Ergs, ECHO and Assault Bikes, Ropes for climbing, Rings for Muscle Ups) by top of the line companies (Rogue, C2, AbMat), that is maintained and facility is well kept. Large rig set up with plenty of space and options for doing any style of pull ups. Oly lifting platforms and set up in the back of the facility. Showers are also available.

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend Fern Creek Crossfit! Everyone is welcoming and encouraging and even as an inexperienced Crossfiter (is that a word?) I felt like a part of the FCCF family.

Experiencia fantástica: Had my first workout and number of interactions between text, email, phone app, and in person. A very family friendly gym and no one no matter your level of fitness will judge you but will do what they can to help you.

Experiencia fantástica: I started here after my old box had to close back in the spring. The coaches and members have been extremely welcoming. The owners and coaches are quite knowledgeable, with years of experience, are happy to answer questions and are always providing feed back to help me learn and improve. I've recently got involved in their nutrition coaching and its been really helpful and eye opening. Before Crossfit, I was never a fan of the gym and could never be consistent. Now my top priority is making sure I make it to my class time, it's my favorite part of the day.

Experiencia fantástica: I've attended classes with pretty much every coach this year, and all coaches run class the same way. This makes it easy to pop in to whatever time slot you need to and feel comfortable right away. This is my first CrossFit gym, and FCCF always provides scaling options for me if I am not yet able to perform the movements in the workout. FCCF currently uses the SugarWOD app to publish the workout and track scores, and it's fun using the app to keep up with other member's results for each WOD.

Experiencia fantástica: Can’t say enough good things about this place and the owner!! All the coaches are excellent with many years of experience. The equipment is well kept, the common areas are always clean. If you are looking for a CF box where you can feel welcome, make great friends, get the best WOD’s out there and get treated like family this is the place for you! You won’t regret it!!!

Experiencia fantástica: In the middle of 2019 our first Crossfit box closed abruptly. We attended the original box about 2 1/2 years; we had great community there. Reluctantly, we began the search for a new Crossfit gym in the Jeffersontown and Ferncreek area. As we headed to dinner one evening, we spotted a guy running with a 45 pound plate at the corner of Bardstown Rd. and Hudson lane... we both said Crossfitter! After dinner we stopped at Fern Creek Crossfit to inquire about membership. First, we were warmly greeted when we entered and Coach Eric Lawson made us feel welcomed, answering all our questions. We began a short time later. Second, the folks at FCCF welcomed us from day one as part of the family. Third, we continue to see improvements in our fitness through the programming at this box. Fourth, What I like is that I’m 53 and ALL the coaches help me scale appropriately but also encourage me so that I improve even more. Coaching Community Commitment and Conscientious is how I would describe my box! We LOVE the folks at Fern Creek Crossfit. Come and be a part of our family!!

Then Fern Creek Crossfit is the place for you. I started going to classes in November, and it has been great! All the coaches are top notch, they challenge, encourage and motivate me.Everyone at Fern Creek Crossfit make you feel like a part of a community. Thank you to all the coaches and members, you all make working out enjoyable...as enjoyable as burpees, the assault bike and lunges can be. I highly recommend that you give this box a chance, you will not be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the community! ANYONE can do this - there's modifications for everything! I am 7.5 months pregnant and still come 3-4 days every week. Definitely recommend. Coaching is great, workouts are great, childcare offered at 5:30pm class.

The owners are constantly buying new equipment to ensure that there is never a limitation on the workouts that are prescribed. I enjoy and respect the coaching staff. It truly is working around injuries, maintaining good motions that will help you in everyday life, all while working with coaches and other members that want the best for you and encourage you to be your best.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined Fern Creek CrossFit the morning of January 2 2018. I needed to make a change and I knew that CrossFit was the answer. As of today, my 1 month mark in, Ive lost over 8lbs of fat, gained a little more than a pound of muscle and feel 10x better than a month ago. It’s hard work, but that’s why it works. The coaches are all great and work with you to adjust the workouts to meet you where you are. That’s important! Anyone can do this, you just have to decide you want that change. And in my opinion the folks at FCCF, are the best.
