Many of the local gyms are swamped and people sit and hog equipment playing on their phone. People are respectful here. If I needed a spot I would have no issues asking in this gym. The owner and trainers are great resources too. Very very clean. I see cleaning going on constantly ❤️

Experiencia positiva: Went here for a summer. Location is convenient and equipment is well kept. Only complaint is the staff is often not there during written hours and calling is nearly impossible. If someone is not there, you can't leave any thing to get to a call back.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a really good gym and the membership fees are extremely reasonable I had been paying more than double for a smaller gym that didn't have as wide of a variety of equipment. Since I joined WAFC its always been a good workout experience and even with a crowd theres enough equipment you can workout and not just wait around.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to the fern creek location for a good couple years. The place is small, but they have everything you need. They offer personal training for a extra cost, but it's not hugely expensive and you get your first one free. Kayla is the person I see most and she is super helpful and always willing to answer questions.

I loved the size of the gym and the amount of free-weights they offered. If you are looking for a smaller more intimate gym; this is the place. Turns out that Kayla is a district manager! She is great.

If you have any membership issues at all Kayla is there to help you. Hannah is very helpful and will answer any questions you have. The best addition has been Mike, the personal trainer. He knows his stuff, whether you are a serious body builder, a middle age woman trying to get some fitness in your life or just wanting to ask questions about health and fitness, Mike is your guy.

Feels like home, the lighting is good, and their stairmills are always in working condition! Kayla and Adam will give you a good deal and you can try the gym out before you sign up!
