Experiencia fantástica: The gym is very welcoming to anyone new. You can very quickly feel at home. The coaches are very qualified. I went here for five years and had to move to other gyms because I moved away from Louisville. I always get that I have great torm and that's because CFBG coaches. The gym quickly becomes a community for more just lifting weights. It was the most fun that I had while I lived in the Louisville area.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined CrossFit Bluegrass shortly after moving to Louisville from the Atlanta area. I had tried a few gyms in the area but none felt like Blluegrass did. There was just an instant connection. Very personable group of people and their new location in Middletown is a big improvement on their previous spot. Very much worth checking out.
